Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Marketing Coordinator (maternity cover) in Munich to manage CRM, events and retail marketing across CE&EE.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the principal operational liaison between Europe Marketing HQ, CE&EE Marketing and boutique teams to implement retail marketing and ultra‑luxury event activities across six markets (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Kazakhstan).
- Coordinate and support client‑facing events and VIP treatments, providing logistical and diplomatic support to Client Development Managers (CDMs).
- Manage CRM reporting and KPI follow‑up, perform client and business deep dives and translate analysis into actionable plans for CDMs and local marketing managers.
- Drive execution of regionally defined CRM and retail strategies, ensuring consistency of client experience and alignment with brand standards.
- Serve as a reliable reference point for boutique teams and CDMs, troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in an operational retail marketing or CRM role, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across international markets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Strong analytical aptitude for KPI tracking and client data interpretation; able to propose concrete action plans.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages advantageous.

Experience
At least five years in operational retail marketing, CRM or client development within retail or luxury sectors, with demonstrable experience supporting events, managing reporting and coordinating multi‑market activities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
