Christian Dior Couture Retail Marketing Coordinator Intern in Paris—six-month luxury events internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational coordination for global retail events, liaising between headquarters teams and international zones (product divisions, graphic studio, visual merchandising, image departments)
- Manage logistics and coordinate collection rotations and intra-zone roadshows
- Pilot and monitor events with quantitative and qualitative feedback documentation and ROI reporting
- Coordinate and participate in major Paris-based events including product launches, receptions, and client meetings
- Develop and distribute event guidelines to international markets
- Write and coordinate launch platforms and communication materials for zones to support action plan development (mockups, space simulations, operational guidelines, invitations)
- Contribute to refinement and enhancement of annual marketing action plans
- Provide creative and operational support for new retail client animation initiatives
- Prepare monthly reports organized by collection and action category
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, marketing, or communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and diplomatic skills
- Flexibility, creativity, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
