Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Marketing Assistant for a 6-month internship in Paris, supporting events, CRM, and clienteling across France and Monaco.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for retail events including collection launches (5 annual women's, 2 annual men's, 2 annual baby collections), brand image events (boutique openings, dinners, special projects), and local celebrations
- Monitor event schedules for boutiques across the France and Monaco zone and coordinate retail events in collaboration with EMEA and local teams
- Book event services including catering, DJ, and other vendor services
- Ensure operational presence during events and collect post-event feedback including client lists, photographs, final budgets, and realized sales
- Track vendor invoicing and manage supplier payments
- Oversee client gifting campaigns for collection launches and celebrations, including order tracking and budget management
- Update weekly CRM reporting for boutiques in France and Monaco and perform clienteling KPI analysis
- Track client engagement campaigns for collection launches and client development programs
- Support client schedule management and appointment booking for villa and showroom visits
- Assist in drafting client profiles for presentation to Business Units
- Provide operational support during international events
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent
- Prior experience in operational marketing, events management, or retail marketing preferred; final year internship preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Open-mindedness and adaptability
