Role & Responsibilities
- Lead commercial performance across a portfolio of travel-retail doors: set targets, analyse sell-out, manage incentives and drive strategies to maximise sales, market share and profitability.
- Spend majority of time in the field (≈70%): coach, develop and performance-manage counter staff (CM/BC) and promoters through in-person visits and remote leadership.
- Maintain Dior brand standards at point-of-sale: ensure flawless visual merchandising, on-counter execution for launches and adherence to SOPs and global guidelines.
- Act as primary liaison with retailers, airport authorities and local stakeholders to secure collaboration on data-sharing, staffing, activations and long-term retail plans.
- Provide timely market insight and competitive analysis to HQ: prepare performance reports, dashboards and recommendations to inform regional strategy.
- Own operational excellence: coordinate openings, inventory/order follow-up, VM maintenance, IT and POSM needs in partnership with HQ teams.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive retail management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within luxury retail, beauty or accessories; travel retail experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to travel retail markets are an advantage.
- Flexibility for heavy travel across Northern Europe (typical cadence ~3 days per week) and variable working hours including weekends and holidays.

Ideally 7–10 years of progressive retail experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role; demonstrable track record driving sales growth and people development in luxury retail. Prior experience in travel retail or airport environments is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
