Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Retail Manager for travel retail operations in Germany and Austria, based in Frankfurt with hybrid working arrangements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze sell-out performance and market data to develop targeted retail strategies that maximize commercial activity and exceed sales targets
- Drive and monitor sales performance against targets, market shares, and Average Unit Sales, designing incentive programs to motivate teams
- Define collective and individual performance targets for counter managers and beauty consultants aligned with brand ambitions
- Lead, coach, and mentor retail teams across the portfolio, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews, implement recognition strategies, and address performance gaps with accountability
- Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified counter managers and beauty consultants; manage staffing, shift planning, and team coverage in line with budget
- Ensure operational compliance across all points of sale, supervising POS opening procedures and adherence to SOP and brand guidelines
- Oversee visual merchandising excellence, including testers, blotters, and promotional materials across the portfolio
- Coordinate with headquarters on inventory management, stock allocation between locations, and order processing
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers and airport authorities to ensure data sharing, goal alignment, and partnership development
- Present regular business reviews and marketing plans to retailers, identifying opportunities for expansion and refit
- Develop partnerships with other LVMH brands to strengthen retailer engagement and influence business outcomes
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and team achievements
- Proactively manage P&L, control operational expenses, and optimize profitability and ROI across the portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within luxury fashion, beauty, or accessories
- Travel retail experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to drive substantial sales growth within a luxury retail environment
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced analytical capabilities with ability to translate data into actionable business plans
- Perfect English fluency; proficiency in additional languages relevant to travel retail locations is advantageous
- Multicultural and multilingual acumen
- Proven attention to detail in visual merchandising and client experience

Experience
4–8 years of retail management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury fashion, beauty, or accessories sector. Travel retail experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in driving substantial sales growth and managing high-performing teams in a multicultural environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
