Parfums Christian Dior Retail Management Intern role in Singapore. Full-time 6-month internship (Jan–Jun 2027) supporting travel retail operations, training, and stock analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations including management of saleable inventory, GWPs, testers, uniforms, POSM and trade tools across all stores
- Participate in planning and execution of store reopening initiatives
- Provide administrative and logistics support to retail teams and store locations
- Compile monthly retail commentary on sales trends, competitive landscape, new launches and qualitative feedback from field teams
- Conduct weekly shop-floor visits to gather operational insights, assess competition, evaluate Dior Ambassador performance and analyse customer purchasing patterns
- Assist with field coaching and role-play sessions with beauty consultants to reinforce Dior Art of Selling techniques
- Collaborate with Retail Management and Training teams to review coaching scores and improve overall service standards
- Work with management to analyse training data and refine KPI visualisation dashboards for stakeholder reporting
- Support and coordinate sales team training initiatives including assessment and feedback delivery
- Prepare monthly stock-on-hand analysis to ensure optimal inventory levels and appropriate replenishment for retailers
- Assist management to ensure new products and stock replenishments align with monthly shipment plans
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at university or recent graduate
- Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong data analysis and report-writing capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. University students or fresh graduates seeking in-depth exposure to retail operations within a leading luxury beauty brand are encouraged to apply.
