Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail team as a whole while developing expertise in high-class luxury retail operations
- Serve as an ambassador for the Maison Christian Dior, ensuring a welcoming and client-focused environment on the sales floor
- Deliver best-in-class service including gift wrapping, packing and unpacking merchandise, and stock organization
- Apply excellent organizational skills to support operational aspects of the boutique department
Qualifications
- Passion for creativity, fashion, and the Christian Dior Maison
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility, dynamism, and open-mindedness
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3–6 months and work full-time (40 hours per week)
