Christian Dior Couture Retail Intern position in Vienna, Austria—6-month luxury boutique internship beginning February 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique team across all retail operations of a high-class luxury fashion brand
- Serve as an ambassador for the Maison Christian Dior and foster a welcoming, client-focused boutique environment
- Assist with operational aspects of the department, including stock organization and merchandise management
- Deliver best-in-class service including gift wrapping, packing and unpacking inventory, and stock arrangement
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience for clients during their boutique visits
- Attend to special client needs and requests with attentiveness and discretion
Qualifications
- Desire to develop a career in luxury retail
- Passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
- Client-oriented approach with a solutions-oriented and positive mindset
- High-level communication skills
- Currently enrolled in a university or school program
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
