Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Intern for its Brussels boutique (August–December). Support sales and operations in a luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist international clientele while upholding Christian Dior Couture standards of excellence and discretion
- Provide personalized consultancy and identify client needs to guide them toward exceptional pieces aligned with their preferences
- Support the completion and tracking of sales transactions, ensuring a seamless and memorable purchasing experience
- Contribute to customer retention initiatives by embodying the spirit, elegance, and values of the Dior Maison
- Manage stock operations including receiving, inventory counts, replenishment, and proper merchandising to ensure product availability
- Assist in implementing visual merchandising displays according to Maison directives, maintaining impeccable boutique presentation
- Execute routine operational tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the boutique
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme (commercial, luxury, business management, or equivalent discipline)
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with functional English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated comfort with client interaction
- Excellent organizational acumen and proactive work approach
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Academic experience in luxury, commerce, or retail contexts is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university degree programme in commercial studies, luxury management, business administration, or equivalent field.
