Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent and professional service.
- Display a genuine passion for luxury and interest in the retail and fashion industries.
- Consistently maintain high standards and motivation to achieve personal and team goals.
- Utilize excellent organizational skills to support the team in operational tasks.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of Visual Merchandising and housekeeping.
- Ensure back of house maintenance and follow Christian Dior procedures for garment protection and stockroom security.
- Ensure stock safety and security.
- Build relationships with colleagues across the Stock and Sales teams.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stock, sales, or administration, ideally in a luxury environment (not mandatory).
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Desire to develop a career in luxury retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with good time management skills.
- Committed, flexible, and willing to learn.
Experience
Beginner level experience in stock, sales, or administration, preferably within a luxury environment.
