Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer care and service excellence aligned with Maison Christian Dior standards, ensuring every client feels welcomed and cherished at an exclusive level
- Support the sales floor team in creating a client-focused, welcoming boutique environment that reflects the heritage and values of Christian Dior Couture
- Assist with operational tasks including gift wrapping, packing and unpacking merchandise, stock organization, and inventory management
- Apply strong organizational skills to support the team across both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes retail operations
Qualifications
- Passion for creativity, fashion, and the luxury retail sector
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility, dynamic attitude, and open-minded approach to learning
- Availability for a minimum of 3–6 months at full-time commitment (40 hours per week)
