Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique team in all areas of luxury retail operations.
- Act as an ambassador for Maison Christian Dior, ensuring a welcoming and client-focused environment.
- Assist with operational tasks such as gift wrapping, packing, unpacking, and stock organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
- Address special needs and wishes of clients to ensure a personalized service.
Qualifications
- Desire to develop a career in luxury retail.
- Passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior.
- Client-oriented and solutions-focused attitude.
- Positive mindset and high level of communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
