Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate retail animation planning schedules and execution timelines
- Manage external freelance agency pools, including profile updates and material tracking
- Conduct field quality checks for freelancers and retail execution with structured feedback
- Prepare logistical files and oversee client gifting processes and coordination
- Manage stock inventory, coordinate shipment of materials to sales teams and clients with tracking oversight
- Prepare retail mapping documentation and compile Retail Developer visit reports
- Centralize retail documentation, distribute materials, and prepare performance tracking dashboards
- Maintain retail team visit agendas and follow-up documentation for grooming and material requirements
- Participate in team meetings (Belux and Netherlands), prepare minutes, and contribute actively to strategic discussions
- Support recruitment, planning development, quality assurance, and feedback processes for field interns and commercial trainees
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Excellent organizational and logistical coordination skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French proficiency is a strong asset
- Demonstrated strong writing and communication abilities
- Attention to detail with a rigorous, methodical approach
