Christian Dior seeks a Retail Intern in Berlin for a 6-month luxury boutique internship combining exceptional client service with brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique team across all retail operations for a high-class luxury brand
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the Maison Christian Dior, fostering a welcoming and client-focused environment
- Assist with operational and merchandising tasks within the department
- Deliver exceptional customer service including gift wrapping, packaging, stock organization, and client assistance
- Ensure outstanding customer experience throughout clients' boutique visits
- Respond attentively to special requests and preferences of clientele
Qualifications
