Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Intern in Berlin (KaDeWe): 6‑month full‑time internship supporting boutique operations and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique team across all retail activities for a high‑end luxury brand.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior, creating a welcoming, client‑focused environment.
  • Assist with operational boutique tasks including stock organisation, unpacking and packing deliveries.
  • Deliver best‑in‑class client service: gift‑wrapping, bespoke packaging and attention to individual client needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional in‑store experience and respond to special client requests with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Available for a minimum 6‑month full‑time internship (40 hours/week) based at KaDeWe, Berlin.
  • Desire to develop a career in luxury retail and strong enthusiasm for fashion and the Maison Christian Dior.
  • Client‑oriented mindset with a solutions‑driven, positive attitude.
  • High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to perform in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages considered an advantage.
  • Legal eligibility to undertake an internship in Germany and ability to work on site.

Experience

Entry‑level / Berufseinsteiger: no prior professional experience required though previous retail or luxury exposure is advantageous. Candidate must be able to commit to a full‑time, six‑month internship.

Education

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or vocational programme in fashion, retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline; vocational training in retail is advantageous.
