Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy innovative blended learning programs (on- and offline) focused on fragrance culture, product knowledge and sales practice aligned with regional market needs.
- Develop training content for core fragrance pillars and new product launches in support of the fragrance marketing plan.
- Define and implement a fragrance career pathway for Beauty Consultants, from junior BC levels to Expert Fragrance status (sales, product expertise, services, storytelling).
- Co-develop and co-facilitate international and regional training seminars and certification programs for specialists and trainers.
- Maintain and update global training tools and digital learning content; animate the Beauty Consultant community via the brand's digital training application.
- Support and mentor local training teams and collaborate closely with Retail Education country teams, marketing, business development, direct-to-consumer and perfume creation.
- Identify and manage external partners to design and implement programs that reflect the Maison’s values and messaging.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business, learning & development, or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager in fragrance training, retail education or a closely related function, preferably within an international environment.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is an advantage.
- Strong instructional design and blended-learning development capabilities, with proven experience delivering certifications or formal training programs.
- Excellent storytelling and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex product information for retail teams.
- Commercially-minded with a solid understanding of retail sales roles and the ability to translate field experience into practical training.

Experience
At least 5 years in project management or training roles within the fragrance or beauty sector, with demonstrable experience developing and implementing international learning programmes.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent university degree.
