Parfums Christian Dior: Retail Education Project Assistant internship in Neuilly sur Seine. Support training strategy and e-learning platform development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in organizing training cycles by contributing to training tools development, designing immersive training strategies, and collaborating with a 7-person European trainer team to analyze needs and build activities and tools
- Develop and create training modules to enhance the competencies of sales teams across the Travel Retail network
- Serve as community manager for the MyDior e-learning platform: manage publication timelines, create and publish content, analyze key performance indicators, and produce performance reports
- Collaborate with central training teams to ensure alignment and consistency across European operations
Qualifications
- Master's-level degree from a business school or equivalent program
- Ideally, prior experience in training project management, marketing, or digital initiatives
- Demonstrated passion for cosmetics and luxury markets, preferably with meaningful prior experience in this sector
- Fluent English (written and oral) required for international working environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Canva is advantageous; experience with video editing or photo retouching software (e.g., CapCut) is a plus
