Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for retail teams to enhance sales growth.
  • Conduct in-class training and field coaching to improve product knowledge and service standards.
  • Oversee Retail Development projects and ensure their successful execution.
  • Collaborate with retail managers to optimize business formats and training initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to DIOR service standards and improve on-counter service quality.
  • Support sales teams in project execution and information consolidation.
  • Facilitate capability building through systematic training and career development plans.

Qualifications

  • University degree or higher.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in cosmetics or fashion-related brands.

Skills

Strong presentation and coaching abilities. Excellent makeup skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Action-oriented with a drive for results. Creative with strong customer focus.

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics or fashion industry, with a focus on training and development.

Education

University graduate or above.
