Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sell‑out performance across a region of approximately 30 multibrand beauty accounts, with a primary focus on top tier stores (clusters 1–3).
  • Directly manage personal sell‑out targets and in‑store client appointments (approximately 70% focus on direct sell‑out activities).
  • Indirectly manage and influence store performance through regular business reviews, action plans and follow‑up by cluster and by store (approximately 30% focus on indirect management).
  • Develop and execute trade and promotional actions with retail chains; monitor product assortment, testers/sampling usage and in‑store activations.
  • Plan and prioritise field activities, build visit calendars and deploy targeted initiatives to increase store productivity and cross‑selling.
  • Coach, train and motivate store teams; present new product launches and ensure flawless merchandising aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class selling ceremony and expert services; cultivate one‑to‑one relationships with top clients to build loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market activations to inform commercial strategy and localised recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in commercial or retail roles within beauty or prestige retail, preferably with exposure to multibrand accounts or key retailers.
  • Native or fluent Dutch and strong working knowledge of English.
  • Recognised beauty expertise with advanced make‑up skills and demonstrable product knowledge.
  • Proven ability to coach, influence and motivate store teams remotely and during in‑store visits.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret sell‑out KPIs and translate insight into actionable plans.
  • Flexible, field‑oriented mindset with readiness for frequent travel across the assigned region.
