Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Retail Developer in Maastricht, Netherlands to drive sell-out and retail development across multibrand stores.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sell-out performance across a portfolio of approximately 30 multibrand stores in the assigned region, with a commercial focus on top cluster stores (approx. 70% direct sell-out activity; 30% indirect store performance management).
  • Monitor regional performance by cluster and by store; develop and implement targeted action plans to improve KPIs and maximise revenue per square metre.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional and trade activities with retail chains; ensure alignment between brand initiatives and store execution.
  • Ensure optimal product assortment, tester allocation and sampling usage; track competitor presence and in-store activations to inform tactical decisions.
  • Coach, motivate and train store teams to deliver Dior selling ceremonies and brand-consistent customer experiences; deliver product presentations and in-store trainings.
  • Secure flawless merchandising and visual standards in line with brand guidelines across the multibrand network.
  • Develop clienteling and loyalty through high-value 1:1 appointments, cross-selling initiatives and bespoke service offerings; act as a visible brand ambassador in the market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' commercial or retail experience, ideally within beauty or luxury retail; prior experience with multibrand accounts is advantageous.
  • Native or fluent Dutch with strong command of English for daily reporting and cross-border collaboration.
  • Demonstrable beauty expertise with advanced make-up skills and product knowledge.
  • Proven ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable store-level plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to coach, influence and build strong retailer relationships.
  • Flexible, field-oriented mindset with willingness to travel across the region and work beyond standard office hours.

Experience
