Parfums Christian Dior seeks Retail Developer in Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands to drive multibrand retail performance and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive direct sell-out performance through strong field presence and regional market analysis
- Conduct close performance monitoring by cluster, store, and product category, developing and implementing strategic action plans to boost results
- Monitor product assortment, testers, and sampling usage; analyze competitor activity and market trends
- Indirectly manage store performance with focus on high-priority clusters, building regional planning and trade marketing activation follow-up
- Motivate and inspire store teams to deliver excellence through product and sales training sessions, new product launch presentations, and merchandising alignment
- Ensure implementation of the Dior selling ceremony in stores and develop loyalty through strong client relationships
- Drive cross-selling, productivity, and expert beauty service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or commercial roles
- Experience in multibrand retail environments preferred
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and retail reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
