Dior Beauty Retail Counter Manager - Paris department store luxury beauty role, full-time CDI position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop counter revenue and drive attainment of qualitative objectives by implementing the brand's commercial strategy in partnership with the Retail Manager
- Organize and evaluate commercial animations while making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Welcome, advise, and retain both local and international customers, ensuring differentiated service and brand experience
- Implement and oversee CRM and clienteling actions to strengthen customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify commercial development opportunities within the department store environment
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance analyses and sales reporting with actionable insights
- Build and nurture partnerships with other maisons within the LVMH group to expand customer base and generate incremental revenue
- Drive counter turnover, market share performance, and business priorities through participation in strategy definition and implementation of recommendations
- Develop and strengthen the competencies of sales advisors and product experts across fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories; ensure continuous skills development
- Recruit, integrate, and train new team members while fostering career pathways and talent pipeline development for boutique and department store operations
- Define and communicate team member missions and objectives, motivate, challenge, and align staff around strategic counter goals through commercial incentives and team engagement
- Ensure effective utilization of brand digital tools by the team and monitor results
- Lead sales team in building and maintaining a personalized customer portfolio with local and international clientele
- Serve as guardian of the brand's excellence and prestige across all counter operations, merchandising standards, and customer experience
- Implement merchandising and grooming recommendations and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Establish activity schedules, optimize and monitor inventory management, supervise cash handling, and ensure procedure compliance including product orders and counter inventory audits
Qualifications
- Genuine expertise and passion for beauty and three-axis product categories (fragrance, skincare, makeup)
- Solid knowledge and demonstrated expertise in luxury and high-end retail environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) or higher qualification in commerce, management, or luxury business
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing teams and driving performance of large teams (5+ people) in boutique or Parisian department store environments
- Recognized leadership capabilities and strong ability to federate and motivate large teams
- Strong service orientation, client-centric mindset, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability; results-oriented with developed commercial acumen
- Proactive, agile problem-solver with ability to manage stress and maintain composure under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Fluent English communication skills given the highly international context; additional languages valued

Experience
Minimum 5 years of management experience in team leadership and performance development within boutique or luxury department store environments, with demonstrated success managing teams of 5 or more sales professionals.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent, or higher qualification in commerce, management, business, or luxury sector.
