Christian Dior Couture internship: Retail Coordination Assistant in Paris. 6-month role supporting retail network operations, team engagement, and strategic initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize weekly French Retail Committee meetings, including agendas, supporting materials, and content coordination
- Manage operational execution of events and collection launches through comprehensive checklists, inter-store-to-headquarters coordination, and logistics oversight
- Develop and disseminate engaging content to elevate top performers, facilitate retail community engagement, and share best practices across the network
- Support boutique teams in implementing new operational processes including Welcome protocols, Floor Management standards, and new service rituals
- Prepare materials for bi-monthly Retail Paris Meetings and EMEA directional walkthroughs, including boutique selection and key issue tracking
- Contribute to employee development monitoring in collaboration with store managers, including OTO evaluations and action plan follow-up
- Conceive and deploy innovative Happiness Management initiatives within the France Retail office to strengthen team cohesion and engagement
- Prepare executive presentation materials for General Management, including business reviews, briefs, and boutique visit synthesis documents
- Support cross-functional strategic projects with retail valorization and internal development programme focus
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in business school programme or equivalent (Bachelor+4/5 level)
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication in French
- Demonstrated project management and organizational capabilities
- Marked interest in retail operations, management, and field-based roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Passion for community engagement, operational execution, and dynamic environments

Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience acceptable; academic projects or retail exposure valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school programme or equivalent (Bac +4/5 level).
