Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Coordination and Network Engagement Assistant in Paris to support retail operations, team engagement, management communications and cross-functional projects. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help prepare and organize the weekly France Retail Committee, including content, presentation materials and agendas.
- Coordinate operational follow-up for events and collection launches, including checklists, boutique and head-office coordination, and logistics.
- Help recognize top performers and engage retail communities through content, best-practice sharing and collective initiatives.
- Support boutiques in implementing new in-store processes, including Welcome, Floor Management and new rituals.
- Help prepare the Bi-Monthly Retail Paris Meetings.
- Support employee development follow-up with Boutique Directors, including OTO evaluations and action plans.
- Propose innovative formats for structuring management discussions and strengthening their impact on performance and engagement.
- Develop and implement Happiness Management initiatives within the France Retail office to strengthen internal team cohesion and engagement.
- Prepare presentation materials for General Management, including notes, summaries, business reviews and boutique-visit briefs.
- Coordinate weekly EMEA Management walkthroughs, including boutique selection, escalation of key topics and follow-up.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with a management or HR focus, such as retail recognition and internal development programmes.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business school or equivalent, at bachelor's degree +4/5 level.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Marked interest in retail, management and frontline roles.
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and very advanced Excel skills.
- Interest in community engagement, operations and dynamic environments.
