Christian Dior Couture seeks a Retail Coordination & Network Animation Assistant intern in Paris for six months starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize weekly French Retail Committee meetings, including agendas, content, and supporting materials
- Coordinate operational execution of events and collection launches across boutiques, managing checklists, logistics, and headquarters-boutique liaison
- Develop engaging content and facilitate best-practice sharing to recognize top performers and strengthen retail community engagement
- Support boutique implementation of new operational processes including Welcome protocols, Floor Management, and team rituals
- Prepare bi-monthly Retail Paris Meetings and coordinate weekly EMEA leadership store walkthroughs
- Contribute to staff development tracking in collaboration with Store Managers, including OTO evaluations and action plan monitoring
- Design and deploy innovative management formats to enhance managerial exchanges and drive performance and team engagement
- Create and execute 'Happiness Management' initiatives within the Paris Retail office to strengthen internal team cohesion and engagement
- Prepare presentation materials for General Management including notes, syntheses, business reviews, and store visit briefs
- Support cross-functional strategic projects with managerial and HR implications, including retail optimization and internal development programs
Qualifications
- Enrolled in final year of business school or equivalent (Bac+4/5)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication
- Demonstrated organizational capabilities and project management experience
- Pronounced interest in retail operations, management, and field-based roles
- Advanced mastery of PowerPoint and expert-level Excel proficiency
- Passion for community engagement, operational excellence, and dynamic environments
