Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate retail projects in Japan to drive business growth and improve counter and boutique productivity.
- Implement central-led and domestic initiatives (digital transformation, beauty consultant transformation, counter replenishment) across retail network.
- Facilitate decision-making and follow-up on operational issues raised in Sales Meetings; act as facilitator for Retail Operation Manager meetings.
- Design and deploy operational improvements to make counter activities more efficient and standardised.
- Prepare and consolidate the monthly sales report, review content and present actionable insights.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Area Sales Managers, Product Marketing, Retail Education, Digital, CRM and central/regional offices.
- Coordinate with shared services (logistics, supply planning, RA/QA, information systems, finance) and external vendors to ensure project delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience; project management experience mandatory.
- Proven experience in retail operations; luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Fluent business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Collaborative team player able to operate across multiple organizational levels.

At least 3 years of relevant experience with mandatory hands-on project management in a retail context; prior exposure to luxury retail is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management or a related field preferred.
