The Retail Artist supports sell-out and store performance across top-performing multibrand stores in Midden & Oost Nederland, delivering a high-quality retail experience and developing client loyalty. The role works closely with the Field Coach NL, Retail Development, and teams at Ici Paris XL and Douglas. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-store selling experience and build client relationships and loyalty through one-to-one appointments, cross-selling, and expert beauty services.
- Represent and champion the Dior brand, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and increase productivity and sell-out performance.
- Engage and motivate regional store teams through appropriate training, new-product presentations, and relevant product and brand knowledge.
- Maintain merchandising in line with Dior brand guidelines and follow up on product assortment, testers, and sampling usage.
- Work with Retail Development to create action plans that improve store performance, while monitoring competitor presence and activations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Advanced make-up skills and beauty expertise.
- Strong customer service and selling skills, with a passion for retail and field missions.
- Significant commercial and/or retail experience, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics market; established relationships in the sector are a plus.
