Parfums Christian Dior Retail Artist position in Rotterdam – drive beauty sales and brand excellence across multibrand stores in the Netherlands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class selling ceremonies in stores, cultivating strong client relationships and loyalty through personalized one-to-one appointments, cross-selling, and expert beauty services
- Embody the Dior brand as a confident ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving productivity and sell-out performance across the portfolio
- Engage and motivate store teams throughout the region by providing targeted training, presenting new product launches, and disseminating relevant product and brand knowledge
- Maintain impeccable merchandising standards in alignment with Dior brand guidelines, overseeing product assortment, tester inventory, and sampling deployment
- Collaborate with Retail Development to construct and execute action plans that optimize store performance, whilst monitoring competitive landscape and activation strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of significant commercial and/or retail experience, preferably within the beauty and cosmetics sector
- Advanced make-up artistry skills with demonstrated expertise in beauty application and consultation
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong customer service and selling competencies with measurable retail results
- Established relationships within the beauty and cosmetics market (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of commercial and/or retail experience, ideally within beauty and cosmetics. Established relationships within the beauty market are advantageous.
Education
No specific formal education requirement stated; however, professional certifications in beauty consultation, cosmetology, or retail management are valued.
