Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional Dior selling ceremonies and provide expert beauty consultations to clients
- Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and one-to-one appointments
- Increase productivity through cross-selling strategies and client loyalty initiatives
- Represent Dior as a true brand ambassador within retail environments
- Motivate and inspire retail teams to achieve business and sales objectives
- Deliver comprehensive product training and present new product launches to store teams
- Ensure merchandising displays comply with Dior brand guidelines and standards
- Partner with the Retail Development team to implement action plans that improve store performance
- Monitor product assortment, testers, and sampling inventory usage
- Track competitor activity and market trends to identify commercial opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of significant commercial and/or retail experience
- Previous experience in make-up artistry or beauty consulting highly desirable
- Established relationships within the beauty and cosmetics industry considered an asset
- Advanced make-up artistry skills required
- Fluent in Dutch (Flemish), French, and English
