Parfums Christian Dior Retail & Sales Intern in Lisbon, Portugal. Support luxury retail operations and sales strategy for 6+ months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Key Account Manager, contribute to the commercial team in sellout development and sales strategy execution
- Support retail area initiatives and execute sales analysis and activations to drive business growth
- Assume project responsibility and propose innovative ideas to unlock sales potential and drive commercial success
- Conduct sales and market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and administrative sales support
- Coordinate with trade and marketing departments to align commercial initiatives
- Prepare and support retail seminars and training sessions
- Contribute to the development of new sales plans and tailored retail-specific promotional activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level); French is an asset
- Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship agreement with a university for a minimum of six months

Previous retail, sales, or commercial experience is advantageous but not required; ideal candidate is eager to develop expertise in luxury retail operations and sales strategy.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
