Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Retail & Client Development Intern in Copenhagen to support Nordic luxury beauty operations across DTC and wholesale channels for six months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute point-of-sale activations in coordination with internal and external stakeholders across department store counters and boutiques
- Support store openings, closings, and daily operations through back-office field coordination and material shipment tracking for incentives, uniforms, and training materials
- Assist Commercial and Retail teams on ad-hoc projects related to point-of-sale execution and product referencing
- Coordinate planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns across the full customer journey
- Adapt and optimize newsletters and CRM communications in alignment with local market requirements and international brand guidelines
- Support segmentation analysis to derive targeted marketing actions and create clienteling campaigns using Adobe Client Console
- Participate in CRM team meetings and monitor performance against Nordic objectives for CRM and Clienteling KPIs
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (required)
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Power BI and Salesforce is advantageous
- Strong creative and innovative thinking aligned with House values
- Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments
