Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise between Head Office and retail field teams, supporting daily tasks, projects, and administrative functions
  • Create and track incentive communications, monitoring results and performance metrics
  • Manage Excel target-setting documents for Dior Ambassador targets across UK and Ireland
  • Collate weekly retail Excel reporting for senior leadership and Monday morning PCD meetings by 2 pm
  • Process customer returns (RGAs) submitted by UK and Ireland field teams
  • Maintain back office data accuracy across retail digital tools including Salesforce, Infoware, and Power BI
  • Support retail help inboxes to resolve point-of-sale queries and issues for Dior Ambassadors and field teams
  • Coordinate with CRM, Commercial, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to maximize retail sell-out
  • Clear purchase orders and invoices via SAP, tracking retail spend against budget
  • Support store agency bookings and invoicing; coordinate retail excursions including travel and accommodations
  • Collate retailer reports and produce PCD Retail Results for senior leadership
  • Align with Marketing and Insights teams on new product forecasts and update tracking documentation
  • Maintain ownership of commercial catalogue and action sheets informing Commercial team forecasts
  • Update and maintain SKU files feeding into weekly reporting and daily team operations
  • Distribute sales trackers to wider team on a weekly basis
  • Manage LVMH Beauty weekly reporting, updating PCD records and coordinating completion across all brands

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a business school with strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Confident user of Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly numerate with analytical mindset
  • Solid interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing within a luxury environment (preferred but not essential)
