Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee full operations of both Front of House and Back of House teams, ensuring adherence to high gastronomic and regulatory standards.
  • Manage complete P&L, optimizing food, beverage, and payroll costs while implementing strategic KPIs.
  • Develop business through marketing initiatives, CRM strategies, and local partnerships, adapting to the Japanese market.
  • Lead a team of approximately 40, fostering a culture of high standards and positive discipline.
  • Report directly to the COO, ensuring alignment with Dior House expectations and market demands.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in high-end restaurant management.
  • Experience in a Michelin-starred establishment is highly recommended.
  • Proven track record in profit center management.

  • Strong leadership and financial management skills.
