Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams including Concept Design, Project Development, and Store Planning to translate creative vision into manufacturable, cost-efficient architectural solutions
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers, innovative materials, and sourcing opportunities on a global basis
  • Initiate and oversee feasibility studies, prototyping, and sampling for furniture, wall systems, and architectural details
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive qualitative guidelines and material databases for architectural implementation teams
  • Support project managers during initial roll-out applications and provide technical guidance as required
  • Enhance reliability performance to reduce warranty claims, maintenance issues, and supply chain disruptions
  • Coordinate the worldwide millwork qualification process in collaboration with two team members
  • Present R&D implementation progress, findings, and recommendations to senior management and architecture teams
  • Ensure all activities comply with environmental policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years of retail architecture or design experience within a comparable international luxury brand
  • In-depth experience with research and development functionalities in architectural or design contexts
  • University degree in Design, Interior Design, or Architecture
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD 2D, Rhinoceros 3D, or Sketchup
  • Grasshopper expertise considered advantageous
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English and French
