Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure international regulatory compliance of assigned product portfolio and validate product communications
- Analyze product concepts and briefs to identify regulatory requirements and potential compliance risks
- Anticipate and mitigate regulatory constraints by evaluating multiple options and formulating recommendations
- Edit and validate product ingredient listings in compliance with applicable regulations
- Review and approve product labeling and marketing claims to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and substantiation requirements
- Facilitate successful international product registrations by delivering required documentation and technical information within defined timelines
- Support portfolio compliance during regulatory evolution and legislative changes
- Develop and educate internal teams on regulatory matters and compliance obligations
- Contribute to regulatory inspection preparation and successful audit outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, LVMH research, and international subsidiary teams to resolve compliance matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or related scientific discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or compliance roles within the cosmetics, fragrance, or beauty industry
- Demonstrated expertise in international cosmetics regulations and registration requirements
- Strong understanding of product labeling, ingredient disclosure, and marketing claim substantiation requirements
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence and innovation trends within the beauty sector
