Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure international regulatory compliance for a defined portfolio of fragrance and cosmetics products throughout development, launch and lifecycle phases.

  • Analyze concepts and marketing briefs to identify regulatory constraints, propose compliant options and deliver clear recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare, edit and validate regulatory listings and documentation required for international product registrations and notifications, ensuring timely availability of information.
  • Monitor evolving regulations and contribute to portfolio harmonization and compliance during regulatory changes.
  • Deliver internal training and awareness activities to marketing, planning and affiliate teams on regulatory requirements and claims substantiation.
  • Support and contribute to regulatory inspections and audits to secure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, planning, LVMH Research and international subsidiaries to align regulatory strategy with brand and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Ingénieur or Bac +5 equivalent) in a scientific discipline or related field.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in regulatory affairs within cosmetics, perfumery or a closely related sector.
  • Strong interest in competitive intelligence, product innovation and claims substantiation.
  • Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and international teams and to manage deliverables against tight timelines.
