Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the regulatory dossier (regulatory book) and related processes to ensure lifecycle compliance of formulas, packaging and finished products.
- Verify INCI ingredient listings and support validation of marketing and communication claims.
- Prepare and control export documentation and perform packaging compliance checks.
- Support product launches and product change processes by coordinating regulatory inputs across R&D, quality, packaging, marketing and international subsidiaries.
- Consolidate regulatory risk analyses and produce concise summaries for cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme; looking for a six-month full‑time internship.
- Demonstrated analytical rigour, organisation and critical thinking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present analyses clearly and concisely.
- Collaborative team player with curiosity, initiative and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine and liaise with international teams.

Experience
Entry-level — no prior professional experience required. Academic projects, internships or coursework in regulatory affairs, cosmetic science, pharmacy, chemistry or related fields are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) in pharmacy, chemistry, cosmetic science, regulatory affairs or equivalent.
