Parfums Christian Dior in Dubai seeks a Regional Senior Store Planning Project Manager to lead flagship and regional retail design projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead flagship retail projects end‑to‑end as Project Manager: define scope, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, manage timelines, control budgets and deliver handover and post‑opening review.
- Act as Design Specialist for B and C projects: produce and adapt construction‑ready architectural plans, layouts and technical documentation to local constraints.
- Translate global brand concepts into feasible local solutions ensuring compliance with Maison standards, local regulations and sustainability objectives.
- Coordinate procurement, tendering, contractor selection and on‑site execution; act as principal point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers.
- Conduct site supervision and quality control visits, validate drawings, materials and finishes, and resolve on‑site technical issues promptly.
- Monitor project performance through schedules, cost tracking and KPIs; produce structured reports highlighting risks and mitigation actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience; 7–8 years preferred as an architect or senior designer in retail design — ideally within beauty/cosmetics.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder retail projects from concept to completion, including flagship stores.
- Strong knowledge of local construction processes, codes and contracting procedures in the MEA region and ability to travel as required.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability and a strong eye for detail with a commitment to brand quality and client experience.
