Parfums Christian Dior internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine: Regional Marketing Coordinator supporting North America launches in Fragrance and Makeup.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in adapting the operational marketing strategy for the North America region, monitoring key product orchestrations and understanding regional market dynamics and specificities
- Support the operational implementation of 2027 product launches across all online and offline touchpoints under the direction of Category Managers for Fragrance and Makeup
- Provide daily operational support to regional teams based in New York and Toronto, serving as a liaison for cross-functional requests and initiatives
- Coordinate merchandising projects with local adaptations (permanent elements and event-driven components) and manage cross-functional initiatives including planograms, localization of central guidelines, and point-of-sale communications for new products
- Conduct weekly and monthly market performance analyses and competitive landscape monitoring of competitor launches
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent programme
- Fluent command of both English and French (required)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Marketing or related field
- Demonstrates initiative, learning agility, attention to detail, professional rigor, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset

Minimum 6 months of experience in the marketing domain; ideally with exposure to product launches, market strategy, or regional operations within the luxury goods sector.
Education
Master's level qualification or equivalent (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent curriculum.
