Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Regional Marketing & Visual Merchandising Director in Dubai to lead MEA & India marketing, campaigns and VM across 50 markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate and implement global brand strategy across the PCD Orient region (Middle East, India, Africa — c.50 markets), ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining Maison consistency.
- Define regional go-to-market approaches, media mix and channel priorities to drive commercial objectives and optimise retail performance.
- Lead localisation and execution of campaigns, coordinating asset adaptation, media planning, activations, events and retail programmes with local teams and agencies.
- Set and govern global visual merchandising standards and frameworks; ensure scalable, consistent retail execution that supports brand positioning and sales.
- Build, lead and develop regional marketing and VM teams; provide clear objectives, performance feedback and capability development.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, monitor KPIs (sales, brand awareness, campaign effectiveness) and reallocate resources to maximise ROI.
- Partner with global creative, marketing and store design teams to translate creative direction into actionable retail solutions and measurable initiatives.
- Oversee relationships with local agencies, media partners and vendors to secure quality execution and cost-effectiveness across markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management or visual merchandising with demonstrated responsibility at regional or multi-market level.
- Proven track record in luxury beauty, fashion or adjacent premium sectors, with experience adapting global campaigns for local markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agency relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience setting budgets, tracking KPIs and delivering measurable sales impact.
- High cultural sensitivity, stakeholder management skills and readiness to travel across the region.

Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing, brand or visual merchandising roles within luxury beauty, fashion or related premium sectors, including multi-market or regional leadership responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field; advanced degree (MBA or master’s) preferred.
