Christian Dior Couture seeks Regional Director, Fine Jewelry and Timepieces in Miami. Lead multi-store FJ&T business, drive high-jewelry sales, manage UHNW clients, and mentor luxury retail teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Travel to assigned FJ&T boutiques to assess market conditions, team performance, inventory levels, and ensure optimal brand presentation and operational effectiveness
  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and store leadership to drive FJ&T category performance and achieve annual sales targets
  • Implement comprehensive 360-degree FJ&T strategies encompassing product assortment, sales training, in-store client experience, operations, and events
  • Provide floor coaching to retail leaders and sales associates to boost engagement, identify growth opportunities, and develop targeted action plans in partnership with Training teams
  • Mentor and support a leadership team of FJ&T talents, including Assistant Boutique Managers and FJ&T Ambassadors, to scale implementation of regional initiatives
  • Coach Client Advisors on portfolio development, particularly within the Grand Vendeur community, to cultivate lasting client relationships
  • Develop High Jewelry business segments by implementing strategy across boutiques: conducting training, orchestrating High Jewelry viewings, leading event preparation, attending events, engaging in tandem selling, and serving as brand ambassador
  • Establish and execute client mapping strategies with Regional Client Relation Directors to grow High Jewelry business and build long-term client loyalty
  • Monitor operational performance including stock organization, safe management, and proper use of selling tools and packaging
  • Attend regional and international FJ&T events to meet clients, host experiences, and support top sellers in achieving sales goals
  • Directly manage Regional Jewelry and Timepiece Sales Manager to optimize individual and regional performance in strategic markets
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels align with regional demand
  • Serve as market expert, identifying new client acquisition and retention opportunities while providing competitive landscape insights to corporate
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across all assigned boutiques in partnership with visual teams
  • Cultivate a community of FJ&T leaders and sellers throughout the region
  • Partner with Regional Director in recruiting and hiring qualified candidates for FJ&T roles and support onboarding of new hires

Qualifications

  • 7–8 years of retail store management experience, preferably in fine jewelry and/or timepiece environments
  • Proven track record presenting High Jewelry collections and closing sales with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clientele
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar sales volumes
  • Capacity for frequent local and international travel
  • Proficiency in managing multi-store retail networks
  • Expertise in luxury retail sales methodologies and high-touch clienteling
  • Strong background in team training, development, and leadership within a luxury retail context

Education
