Christian Dior Couture seeks Regional Director, Client Engagement in Miami to lead client development and retail leadership across luxury boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client growth strategies across all customer tiers, emphasizing repeat business, cross-shopping, and program return on investment
- Coach and mentor retail leadership and sales advisors on clienteling expectations, best practices, and daily relationship-building activities
- Provide on-floor coaching focused on client discovery, journey management, and follow-up to enhance customer experience and Net Promoter Score
- Guide Client Relations Managers and CRM Ambassadors in driving daily business and embedding clienteling behaviors across all sales associates
- Structure planned business initiatives in boutiques, identify target clients, and drive accountability for omnichannel opportunities including consignment and virtual selling
- Partner with regional teams to design and execute quarterly in-store events and activations targeting high-potential and mid-tier clients
- Lead local entertainment strategy for cultivating relationships with emerging and ultra-luxury clients while maintaining brand standards and ROI targets
- Support boutique leadership in executing the Dior Signature experience and utilizing Dior Magazine to drive client growth
- Collaborate with corporate and zone partners on one-to-many marketing initiatives, brand activations, and client gifting strategies
- Partner with corporate leadership to develop top-tier client retention and growth strategies, nominating high-potential candidates for ultra-luxury products
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of retail or luxury client development experience
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring senior retail leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and omnichannel selling strategies
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Evidence of cross-functional collaboration with training, HR, and business performance teams
- Experience in designing and executing client engagement events and activations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in retail leadership or luxury client development, with substantial experience coaching senior retail management and executing complex client engagement strategies. Demonstrated success in building relationship-driven retail cultures and driving measurable business results through client-centric programs.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail or client strategy may substitute.
