Christian Dior Couture seeks Regional Director, Client Engagement in Miami to drive client strategy and retail leadership development across luxury boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and adjust action plans aligned with corporate strategy to drive client growth across all customer tiers, emphasizing repeat business, cross-shopping, and program return on investment
  • Coach store managers and associates on clienteling expectations, best-in-class client experiences, and sales target achievement; tailor development coaching to individual associate performance and capabilities
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching to enhance client discovery, capture, journey management, and follow-up protocols, with emphasis on customer experience and Net Promoter Score improvement
  • Guide Client Relations Managers and CRM Ambassadors in driving daily business and supporting clienteling behaviors across all sales associates
  • Support boutiques in structuring planned business initiatives, identifying target clients, and driving accountability for omnichannel touchpoints including consignment, virtual, and in-store opportunities
  • Execute the DSignature experience by supporting store leadership and training in on-floor experience delivery
  • Partner with zone Client Engagement teams on one-to-many marketing opportunities including store openings, brand activations, and moments; provide feedback on newsletter journeys and marketing effectiveness
  • Oversee utilization of Dior Magazine as a client growth tool at key customer touchpoints
  • Work with store leadership to ensure proper high-potential client nominations and leverage gifting strategies to reactivate and upgrade client segments; provide corporate feedback on impact and ROI
  • Partner with regional and store teams to create quarterly event proposals that engage clients across their lifecycle; leverage best practices to drive compelling in-store activations for high-potential and mid-tier clients
  • Guide strategy and execution of local entertainment initiatives to cultivate client relationships with emerging and high-potential mid to top-tier clients while maintaining brand standards and adhering to budgets
  • Partner with corporate and boutique leadership to drive top-tier client growth with focus on retention and sales excellence; coach management on top-tier business strategy
  • Support boutique directors in mapping Ultimate and Super Elite clients; maintain updated high-potential client lists for upgrades and ultra-luxury event nominations; serve as liaison for corporate nomination processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of retail or luxury brand experience
  • Demonstrated retail business acumen and strong in-store presence; ability to commit 4 days per week in-store for leadership development and floor coaching
  • Advanced project management expertise with proven ability to roadmap, execute, and prioritize multiple simultaneous initiatives
  • Proven track record of inspiring and motivating diverse stakeholders to achieve measurable results
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with demonstrated success partnering with training, human resources, and business performance teams
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to motivate through compelling communication
  • Extensive experience coaching and mentoring individuals at senior retail leadership levels
  • Demonstrated ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
