Christian Dior Couture seeks a Regional Director, Client Engagement in Miami to lead client strategy, retail leadership and top-client development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the regional client strategy to drive growth across all client tiers, prioritizing repeat business, cross-shopping and program ROI.
- Develop retail leadership and sales advisors through targeted coaching, on-floor mentoring and performance accountability; maintain a regular in-store presence (approximately 4 days per week) to cultivate behaviours and improve client discovery and follow-up.
- Coach boutique management on planned business, client nomination, outreach strategies and conversion of one-to-one and one-to-many activities to measurable sales outcomes.
- Partner with regional marketing and store teams to design and deliver in-store activations, gifting strategies, Dior Magazine initiatives and local entertainment that engage clients across their lifecycle.
- Drive top-tier client development by mapping Ultimate/Super Elite clients, supporting nominations for ultra-luxury products and liaising with corporate for retention and upgrade strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development or regional store leadership with responsibility for multi-store territory performance.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing retail leaders and sales teams to deliver clienteling behaviours and meet sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute client acquisition, retention and high-tier nomination strategies with measurable ROI.
- Strong project-management skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholder expectations and deliverables under tight timelines.
- Willingness and ability to maintain frequent in-store presence (approx. 4 days per week) for leadership development and floor coaching.

Experience
At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail or client development, including demonstrated regional or multi-boutique leadership, coaching frontline teams, and delivering measurable growth among high-value client tiers.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management or a related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 145,000 to USD 155,000 per annum.
