Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices across all business functions within the Maison
  • Identify and assess specific recruitment needs for each internship and apprenticeship placement
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber early-career talent aligned with Christian Dior's ambitions
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience to young talent and operational managers, presenting prospective candidates with conviction
  • Manage administrative onboarding of candidates via the core HR system and coordinate with payroll services
