Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices across all business functions within the Maison
- Identify and assess specific recruitment needs for each internship and apprenticeship placement
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber early-career talent aligned with Christian Dior's ambitions
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience to young talent and operational managers, presenting prospective candidates with conviction
- Manage administrative onboarding of candidates via the core HR system and coordinate with payroll services
- Participate in evaluations of young talents and organize end-of-internship meetings to identify high-potential candidates for talent pipeline development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or Human Resources from a recognized university or business school
- Minimum six months of prior experience in an HR function, whether through internship or apprenticeship

- Fluent written and verbal French; professional proficiency in English (both written and oral)
