Christian Dior Couture — Recruitment Intern (Early Talent) in Paris. Internship to support campus hiring, candidate experience and talent development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment campaigns for interns and alternants across the Maison, from defining role needs to onboarding.
- Identify role-specific requirements and define proactive sourcing channels and strategies to attract high-potential early talent.
- Screen, interview and present shortlisted candidates with conviction to operational managers; manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process and act as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers.
- Execute administrative onboarding via Core RH and coordinate with payroll and HR operations to ensure timely hiring formalities.
- Contribute to evaluations and end-of-internship reviews to identify promising profiles and build talent pools for future hiring.
Qualifications
- Current student at Bac+4/5 level (business school or university) with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum 6 months’ prior experience in an HR function (internship or alternance), ideally with exposure to campus or volume hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead conversations with operational managers.
- Autonomous, highly proactive and able to propose recruitment solutions aligned with volume and quality objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French; comfortable communicating in English (written and oral).
- Proven resilience, adaptability and strong organisational skills.

Entry-level: at least 6 months of prior HR experience (internship or alternance) with involvement in recruitment or early-career hiring.
Education
Student level Bac+4/5 (Master's level) in business administration, human resources, or equivalent with an HR specialisation.
