Christian Dior Couture seeks a Recruitment and Human Resources Manager for its Paris headquarters HR team, supporting strategic corporate functions in an international environment. The role combines HR business partnership and talent management with a strong focus on recruitment, organisational transformation and employee development; it is a permanent, full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all permanent and fixed-term recruitment for the assigned scope.
  • Define tailored outreach and sourcing strategies for corporate and expert roles.
  • Deliver a premium, distinctive candidate experience aligned with the House’s standards.
  • Build talent pools for hard-to-fill and strategic roles.
  • Challenge hiring briefs and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with employer-brand and campus-management teams.
  • Contribute to the Group’s and House’s internal mobility policy.
  • Advise directors and managers on organisational, people and business challenges.
  • Counsel operational teams on labour law, performance, mobility, talent development, compensation and engagement matters.
  • Contribute to defining and deploying the HR strategy for headquarters functions.
  • Support organisational transformations and change-management projects.
  • Ensure the correct application of House and Group HR policies.
  • Oversee and analyse HR indicators, including headcount, turnover, mobility, recruitment, diversity and engagement.
  • Identify potential and support succession plans.
  • Participate in annual people reviews, including performance and salary reviews.
  • Support managers in skills development and performance management.
  • Promote a management culture grounded in high standards, excellence and team development.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR and transformation projects.
  • Help continuously improve recruitment and talent-management processes.
  • Propose initiatives in HR innovation, HR data and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree at Bac+5 level in business, university studies, human resources or labour law.
  • At least 10 years of significant experience as an HR Business Partner and/or Talent Acquisition Manager in a demanding, international environment.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty or another premium environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of corporate recruitment and executive search for expert profiles.
  • Very good understanding of headquarters organisations and creative and business roles.
  • Excellent command of labour law and HR practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed and transforming environment.
