Christian Dior Couture Reception Intern in London – six-month full-time placement supporting Head Office front office operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and attend to the needs of guests, ensuring timely notification of arrivals to the relevant department
- Monitor reception entry and assist all visitors in a timely manner
- Coordinate delivery and courier collections, including internal courier services between boutiques and Head Office
- Arrange taxi bookings for team members and manage office logistics
- Organize and maintain office supplies to Christian Dior standards
- Maintain office facilities in excellent condition consistent with luxury brand standards
- Provide holiday cover for the Office Co-Ordinator during annual leave
- Coordinate meeting room setup and maintenance alongside the Office Co-Ordinator for meetings and events
- Monitor and distribute reception inbox communications to relevant departments
- Receive, sort, and distribute all postal correspondence; arrange outgoing documents
- Maintain and update Head Office and store contact lists and email distribution lists
- Arrange all press couriers and bike messengers, ensuring timely logging and collection
- Perform magazine tabbing and distribution tasks
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Demonstrated dynamism and professional demeanor
- Meticulous attention to detail
- English and Mathematics GCSEs and/or A-level equivalent or international equivalent
- Previous experience working in a reception role (desired but not essential)
