Christian Dior Couture seeks a legal intern specializing in real estate matters at Paris headquarters. 6-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support lease negotiation, drafting, and administration across diverse asset typologies including flagship boutiques, offices, and warehouses
- Collaborate on construction contract negotiation and oversight with architects, contractors, and project managers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with pre-contentious and contentious matters related to leasing disputes, construction defects, and neighbor complaints
- Support transactional real estate activities including corporate acquisitions with significant real estate components and asset transfers
- Provide legal support for new business development initiatives requiring real estate considerations
- Work as a business partner to operational departments, rapidly identifying material legal issues and delivering clear, pragmatic recommendations
- Develop and communicate foundational legal principles to business stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications
- Holder of the CRFPA certification
- Prior experience within a law firm or corporate legal department
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and oral communication
- Excellent legal writing and drafting capability
- Strong organizational and administrative skills

Education
Holder of the CRFPA (Certificat de Révision approfondie des Fondamentaux de l'Avocature) or equivalent legal qualification.
