Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to securing the cosmetic raw materials portfolio through risk and opportunity analysis, cost savings identification, and supplier diversification initiatives
- Manage cosmetic raw materials tenders, including preparation, supplier negotiations, award decisions, and contract monitoring
- Deploy and monitor responsible purchasing policies, including supplier audit planning and corrective action plan tracking
- Prepare internal and external business reviews with stakeholders
- Maintain and update the supplier database while ensuring effective contract administration and compliance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or 2) in business, management, or equivalent programme
- Demonstrated commitment to specializing in Procurement or Sourcing functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills
